* Actually Dennis knows about this page and has not complained. He may even have sent you here to pick up the pdf version if you are one of his students. His position is that the ideas found in "Dogs Playing Cards" should be distributed as widely as possible and that providing it free online is the best way to accomplish that goal. The paperback version is now out of print, though I managed to find a used one for a mere $33.00. The pdf's given here are updated from the original book, and Dennis' online html version is newer still—while in constant revision.
